This Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service.

TL;DR — the deal in plain terms

We built this box so you don't have to read the whole thing to get the gist.

• Use Mission Control for your own legitimate business. Manage your own Amazon-seller account(s) and work with us. That's it.
• No abuse. No scraping us, no hacking, no malware, no breaking the law, no peeking into other clients' tenants, no reverse-engineering, no copying us to build a competitor.
• Amazon's rules ride along. When you connect Amazon, Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy flow down to you. You agree to follow them too.
• Your login is yours alone. No shared or generic credentials, ever — Amazon's Data Protection Policy requires it and so do we.
• We can hit pause. If you break these rules, we can suspend or terminate your access — sometimes immediately if there's a security or legal risk — with notice and a chance to cure where the law and the situation allow.
• Tell us if you see abuse. Report misuse of the Service or Amazon data to legal@sellerslice.com; suspected Amazon-API abuse goes to Amazon at spapi-abuse@amazon.com, and confirmed security incidents to Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours.

1. Who this applies to, and how it fits together

SellerSlice LLC ("SellerSlice," "we," "us," "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Mission Control ("the Service") is our internal operations platform and client portal, offered as business-to-business software-as-a-service to Amazon-seller agency clients.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy" or "AUP") applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Service — our agency clients and their authorized users ("you," "your"). It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and works alongside our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement. If there is a direct conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control, except that nothing in either reduces obligations imposed by the Amazon Data Protection Policy, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, or the Amazon Solution Provider Agreement (together, the "Amazon Rules") where those apply.

B2B and 18+. The Service is for business use by adults aged 18 or older. It is not offered to consumers or minors.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service only:

• For your own legitimate business. To manage your own Amazon-seller account(s) and the agency work we do for you, within the subscription tier and the features you are entitled to.
• Within authorized scopes. Where you connect Amazon, only through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API scopes you have actually authorized, and only for the purposes those authorizations permit.
• By authorized users you control. Each individual must have their own named account and must be someone you have authorized.
• In compliance with law and the Amazon Rules. Including all applicable laws, regulations, and the Amazon Rules that flow down to you under Section 6.

Any use outside these bounds is a violation of this Policy.

3. Prohibited conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to, do any of the following.

3.1 No scraping or unauthorized automated access

• No scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk-extracting data from the Service except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose.
• No automated access to the Service, or to any Amazon API through the Service, beyond the SP-API / Advertising API scopes you have authorized and the rate limits and quotas we or Amazon impose.
• No use of bots, scripts, or other automated means to circumvent access controls, throttling, usage limits, or tenant boundaries.

3.2 No malware or malicious code

You will not introduce, transmit, or store any virus, worm, trojan, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code, and you will not use the Service to do so to anyone else.

3.3 No illegal use

You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, in violation of any applicable law or regulation (including export-control, sanctions, anti-fraud, intellectual-property, and data-protection laws), or to infringe the rights of others.

3.4 No interference, probing, or circumvention

You will not (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any system or network without our prior written authorization; (b) breach, disable, or circumvent any security, authentication, or access-control measure; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks (including denial-of-service activity or sending excessive load); or (d) access any account, data, or system you are not authorized to access.

3.5 No reverse engineering

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of the Service, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding this restriction.

3.6 No building a competing product

You will not use the Service, or any data, output, documentation, or know-how derived from it, to build, train, or operate a product or service that competes with Mission Control or SellerSlice, or to assist any third party in doing so. You will not use the Service for competitive benchmarking of the Service itself.

3.7 No misuse of Amazon data or cross-client activity

Consistent with the Amazon Rules and our Privacy Policy:

• You will not use the Service to aggregate, combine, or benchmark Amazon Information across different clients or sellers, or to disclose one client's Amazon Information to another. The Service is built so that Amazon Information serves only the single Authorized User whose account it came from, and you must not attempt to defeat that design.
• You will not use Amazon Information for any purpose other than supporting that same Authorized User's own business on Amazon.
• You will not attempt to access, derive, or re-identify any buyer personal information. (We operate under no Restricted SP-API roles and hold no buyer personal information; you must not try to introduce or extract any.)

3.8 No abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content

You will not upload, generate, or transmit through the Service any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or infringing, or that violates the Amazon Rules (including Amazon's content, review-manipulation, and listing-integrity policies).

3.9 No resale or unauthorized sharing of access

You will not sell, rent, sublicense, time-share, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party except as your subscription expressly allows, and you will not share access with anyone outside your authorized users.

4. Account credentials and access security

• No shared or generic credentials. Each authorized user must have their own individual, named login. You will not create, use, or permit shared, generic, group, or role-based credentials for access to the Service or to any Amazon data through it. This mirrors a hard requirement of the Amazon Data Protection Policy and is non-negotiable where Amazon data is involved.
• Keep credentials secret. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not disclose passwords, API tokens, or session cookies to anyone.
• Use available protections. Where we offer multi-factor authentication or similar controls, you will use them.
• Report compromise promptly. If you suspect any unauthorized access, credential compromise, or other security issue, notify us immediately at legal@sellerslice.com (see Section 8).

5. Multi-tenant boundaries

Mission Control is a multi-tenant platform: each client's data lives in its own logical boundary. You will not attempt to access, read, modify, or interfere with any tenant, account, workspace, or data that is not yours — whether by exploiting a vulnerability, manipulating identifiers or requests, escalating privileges, or any other means. If you discover a way to cross a tenant boundary, you must stop, refrain from accessing the other tenant's data, and report it to us immediately under Section 8.

6. Amazon rules that flow down to you

When you connect Amazon to the Service, you are bringing data and access that Amazon governs. The following Amazon requirements flow down to you and you agree to comply with them as a condition of using the Amazon-connected features:

• The Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and Amazon Data Protection Policy apply to your use of Amazon Information through the Service. You agree to use Amazon Information only to support your own Amazon business, and never to aggregate it across sellers, benchmark it against other sellers, or disclose it to others (Amazon AUP §4.4 / §4.6; SPA §D-7.1 / §D-7.5).
• No shared credentials for access to Amazon data, per the Amazon Data Protection Policy (see Section 4).
• Authorized scopes only. You will not use the Service to exceed the SP-API / Advertising API scopes you have authorized, or Amazon's published use limitations and rate limits.
• Deletion on de-authorization. When you de-authorize, disconnect, or close your Amazon connection or account, Amazon Information is deleted (destroyed using methods aligned with NIST SP 800-88) within 30 days. "Anonymizing" Amazon Information is not an accepted substitute for deletion, and neither we nor you may treat it as one. See our Privacy Policy and Data Retention page.
• Security-incident cooperation. You agree to cooperate with us so that we can meet our obligation to notify Amazon of qualifying security incidents at security@amazon.com within 24 hours, and to report suspected Amazon-API abuse to spapi-abuse@amazon.com.

Amazon is the source and an independent controller of the data it holds; Amazon is not our sub-processor. These flow-down terms are in addition to — not instead of — your own direct obligations to Amazon under your Amazon agreements.

7. AI features — acceptable use

Mission Control includes AI-assisted features (copywriting, Marketing-Ready scoring, report generation, and the internal Morning Review), routed through multiple AI vendors and layers. When you use them:

• AI output is advisory. AI features are decision-support only. A human reviews before any action is taken on your Amazon account; you remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you use or publish it.
• No training on your data. We do not use Customer Data or Amazon-sourced data to train, fine-tune, or improve any third-party model, and we flow that prohibition down to our AI sub-processors. You must not use the AI features in any way that attempts to circumvent this.
• No prohibited prompts or output. You will not use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the Amazon Rules (including review-manipulation or listing-integrity policies), and you will not use them to attempt to extract another tenant's data or to reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Reporting misuse and security issues

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, any security vulnerability, any unauthorized access, or any misuse of the Service or of Amazon data, please report it promptly:

You agree to cooperate reasonably with any investigation and to not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.

9. Enforcement — suspension and termination

• Right to suspend or terminate. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Policy, the Terms of Service, or the Amazon Rules, or to protect the Service, our other clients, Amazon, or third parties.
• Notice and cure. Except in the urgent cases below, we will give you notice describing the violation and a reasonable opportunity to cure it before terminating, consistent with the notice-and-cure process in our Terms of Service.
• Immediate action. We may suspend access immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably believe there is (a) a security threat or active compromise; (b) a legal or regulatory requirement; (c) a risk of harm to the Service, other clients, Amazon, or third parties; or (d) a violation of the Amazon Rules that Amazon requires us to act on. We will tell you as soon as reasonably practicable afterward.
• Amazon-driven action. If Amazon requires us to suspend, restrict, or cut off access to Amazon-connected features, or to delete Amazon Information, we will comply, and we may take corresponding action on your access.
• Effect on data. Suspension or termination does not change our deletion commitments: on de-authorization, disconnection, or account closure, Amazon Information is deleted within 30 days as described in Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.

10. Consequences and your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all use of the Service under your account and by your authorized users, and for ensuring they comply with this Policy.
• Violations may also breach your Amazon agreements and applicable law; you are responsible for those consequences independently of any action we take.
• No waiver. Our decision not to enforce a provision in one instance is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Liability and indemnity for violations are governed by the Terms of Service, including its limitation-of-liability and indemnification provisions.

11. Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Consistent with our Terms of Service, disputes proceed through good-faith notice-and-cure and then litigation in those courts; there is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver. Nothing here limits any non-waivable right you may have under the mandatory law of your local jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version number and effective date above and, where appropriate, give notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy. Prior versions are available on request at legal@sellerslice.com.
